Pendidikan ini merupakan gabungan dari teknologi pengelasan dengan Teknik Inspeksi, dimana seorang welding inspector akan dididik agar dapat bertanggung Jawab terhadap kualitas suatu hasil produk pengelasan.

•     Material Science,  Alloy, Fundamental of Manufacturing Processes
•     Safety Regulation, Machining, Welding, Vector Mechanic for Engineer

2.   Welding Process & Equipment  :

•     Basic Welder
•     SMAW , FCAW, GTAW, SAW, OAW
•     Mechanical Properties of Metal

3.   Material and Their Behaviour During Welding   :

•     Manufacture & Designation
•     Testing Material & Weld Joint
•     High alloy creep resistant & Heat resistant
•     Introduction to corrosion
•     Alloy Phase diagram
•     Metallic crystal structures
•     Nickel & nickel alloys
•     Alumunium & alumunium alloys
•     Low alloy steels for cryogenic applications
•     Welding of cast iron
•     Welding of steels
•     Destructive test
•     Welding Inspection Metalography
•     Welding of dissimilar      

4.   Contruction and Design   :

•      Joint Design  and Welding Design

5.   Fabrication, Applications Engineering  :

•       Boiler, Fressure vessel, Piping, Storage, Wps, PQR
